Robert Grant

Production Manager

Robert holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Stage Management from Rose Bruford College. During his time at Rose Bruford he had a varied range of production roles from Assistant Stage Manager to Production Manager. He was directly responsible for the sourcing of goods at responsible prices, and for maintaining the production budget. Robert was the Project Manager for the college's annual Symposium, entitled Symposium 2013, Towards a Cultural Olympiad (In an age of austerity). This involved recruiting performers and industry professionals to deliver performances, workshops, and more. With rehearsal periods and the week itself, this amounted to 4500 hours of venue programming time. Robert has extensive further knowledge of budget control from work in the leisure industry, including the driving of revenue lines and the control of expenditure. Robert first worked with Blind Tiger as Stage Manager on Cinderella, and rejoins the team as Production Manager for The Little Mermaid.
